Fair play does not exist for all. From lack of financial resources to lack of visibility, many barriers still exist for women, girls, and nonbinary people—both on and off the pitch. The adidas Breaking Barriers Project and Sportiw have joined forces to fight against these inequities by providing personalized career coaching and development.
